Effective October 29, 2026 · App: Arrowlio: Arrow Escape (com.arrowlio.puzzle) · Developer: Aousoft
Arrowlio: Arrow Escape ("the Game") is an arrow puzzle game developed and published by Aousoft. You do not need an account to play, and the Game never asks for your email address, phone number or contacts. The Game has an online leaderboard (described below) and shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. It contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
Your game data stays on your device
The Game saves the following only on your device, in the Game's private storage:
- level progress, the puzzle you are currently playing, and your score for it
- coins, unlocked themes, daily puzzle and daily bonus streaks
- settings such as sound, vibration, animations, clear sound and campaign pace
- a saved copy of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, so they open without internet
- your leaderboard sign-in key and a saved copy of the leaderboard
Apart from your leaderboard score and profile (next section), this data is not sent to us or to anyone else.
Leaderboard
The Game ranks players on an all-time leaderboard run by Aousoft (api.aousoft.com). When you have progress, the Game signs you in as an anonymous guest using a random key it creates and keeps on your device. No email, phone number or social account is used. The leaderboard service receives and stores:
- a player ID and a random username that the service creates for you
- your leaderboard score (from campaign levels, daily puzzles and badges) and when it was reached
- the display name, username and avatar you choose, if you change them in the Game
- your IP address, used only to limit abuse (rate limiting)
Your display name, username, avatar, score and rank are shown publicly to other players. Choose a name you are happy for others to see. The leaderboard service is hosted on Cloudflare. To have your leaderboard player and scores deleted, email contact@aousoft.com with your username.
Advertising
Rewarded videos are optional: you choose to watch one for bonus coins. There are no banner or forced ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect and process, under Google's own policies:
- device information and identifiers, including the advertising ID
- your IP address, which can indicate an approximate location
- information about ads shown and your interactions with them
- technical and diagnostic information needed to deliver ads and prevent fraud
The Game asks Google to show only ads rated suitable for general audiences (rating G).
Where required, Google's consent form (the User Messaging Platform) asks for your choice before ads are personalized. You can review your choice at any time in the Game under Settings, Privacy, Ad privacy choices. You can also reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings.

Loading this policy in the Game
When you open the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use inside the Game, it downloads the current text from our document service (appstudio.appsbysarath.workers.dev) over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. The request contains only standard connection information (such as your IP address and the Game's version). It contains no game data.
Permissions
- Internet and network state: to load ads, the leaderboard and these documents.
- Vibration: for optional haptic feedback, which you can turn off in Settings.
- Advertising ID: used by Google AdMob as described above.
- Basic phone state, wake lock and foreground service: added by Google's ads library to deliver ads (for example, to read the network type). The Game itself does not use them, and they do not give access to your phone number, calls or contacts.
Sharing
Aousoft does not sell, rent or trade personal information. Apart from what Google AdMob processes to show ads, and Cloudflare hosting our leaderboard service, the Game shares no data with third parties.
Retention and deletion
Game data stays on your device until you clear the Game's data or uninstall the Game, which deletes it. Your leaderboard player and scores are kept until you ask us to delete them; email contact@aousoft.com with your username. For data processed by Google AdMob, see Google's policy above. For any privacy request, email contact@aousoft.com.
Children
The Game is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. Aousoft does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child's information has been collected through the Game, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Security
The Game's connections for ads, the leaderboard and documents use HTTPS. No electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Earlier versions (1.0 to 1.0.9)
Versions 1.0 to 1.0.9 of the Game also used Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. They received a small set of gameplay events (such as finishing the tutorial or a level, with mode and difficulty) and crash reports (device model, Android version, app version and a technical record of the failure), linked to an installation identifier and not to the advertising ID. These reports were off by default in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and could be turned off in Settings, About, Analytics & crash reports. Version 1.0.10 and later removed both services and send no analytics or crash reports. Updating the Game stops this collection.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game or the services it uses change. Updates are published at this address with a new effective date.
