These terms apply to your use of Arrowlio: Arrow Escape ("the Game"), an arrow puzzle game by Aousoft ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Using the Game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game on your devices for your own entertainment. You may not:
- use the Game for anything unlawful
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the Game
- bypass its security, exploit bugs, or interfere with the Game or its online services
- use bots, scripts or other tools to play or manipulate the Game
All rights in the Game, including its name, graphics, puzzles, audio, code and other content, belong to Aousoft or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any of them to you.
Ads
The Game offers optional rewarded video ads from Google AdMob. You choose whether to watch one for bonus coins. There are no banner or forced ads, and you can always continue playing without watching. A reward is given only when an ad is completed as the ad provider requires; closing an ad early, a load failure or being offline means no ad reward. A daily limit applies. Where the law requires, we ask for your consent before personalised ads, and you can change your choice in the Game under Settings, Privacy, Ad privacy choices. We are not responsible for the content or practices of advertisers.
Coins, themes and progress
Coins unlock cosmetic themes and are earned by playing and by watching optional ads. Coins, themes, progress and other in-game items are virtual, have no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. The Game does not sell anything for real money. Features may be changed, added, reset or removed as the Game evolves.
Leaderboard and profile
The Game has an online leaderboard. Your display name, username, avatar, score and rank are shown publicly to other players. Do not choose a name or username that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone, or contains personal information such as a phone number or email address, and do not submit scores that were not earned by playing normally. We may change a name, remove scores or remove a player from the leaderboard if these terms are broken or to protect other players. How leaderboard data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Your data on your device
Your progress, coins, themes and settings are stored on your device. We are not responsible for losing them if you uninstall the Game, clear its data, lose or replace your device, or in similar circumstances. Your leaderboard profile is linked to an anonymous sign-in key stored on your device. If that key is lost, we may not be able to restore your profile or scores. To have a leaderboard profile deleted, email contact@aousoft.com with your username.
Privacy
How we handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy for the Game, which forms part of these terms.
Third-party services and availability
The Game uses third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Play, which have their own terms. We aim to keep the Game working but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Online features such as the leaderboard and ads can be unavailable because of maintenance, network problems or third-party services. The puzzle gameplay works offline.
No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be error-free, work on every device or keep your progress. You use it at your own risk.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Aousoft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of progress or data, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
Children
If you are under the age at which you can agree to these terms in your country, use the Game only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Ending
You can stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop or change the Game, or restrict your access to it or to features such as the leaderboard, if you break these terms or for security, legal or technical reasons.
Changes
We may update these terms. The updated version and its effective date will be published on this page. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept it.
